- Working alongside the architect to achieve this modern stylish fit-out in the CBD
- Switchboard changeover with CT metering, working with client to minimise downtime and loss of production with changeover
4 Tyler Street
- This project was a renovation of an old childcare centre and making into a modern-day surgery practice/general practice
- Complete medical centre standards with DALI automation sensor and dimming throughout to meet energy efficiency standards
- Carpark lighting and security sensor lighting
- All fittings that were installed met the requirements of the Australian medical standards
15 Kurrajong Court
- Custom renovation to meet clients style and desires
- Installation of bulkhead split system air-conditioning with custom made lineal grills for a minimal and stylish look in kitchen.
- Large ceiling to outdoor dining and patio area, fit with fans on extension poles and LED lighting
- Installed all lighting and power throughout house

- Garage fit out with power points and light switches matching that of inside, installed with LED lighting

- Full home renovation
- All lighting and fans equally spaced to compliment the open plan living area as well as the sky lights situated in front of the fire place
- Consulted with cliens and refrigeration mechanics to create a platform to place all air conditioning units on an unused wall detached from the house as not to create vibration to walls – making sure all electrical would also be hidden as much as possible

- In this custom build project the client wanted to create a
beach side hut feeling while still having the facilities
and class of a modern home - The client was South African and wanted to keep that
South African feel in the home - LED strip lighting to help highlight the modern kitchen
- Various wall lighting to highlight the wall texture used
- This project had its challenges due to the exposed beams
and trying to keep a minimum look with keeping cabling
concealed as much as possible in all areas
